Strongman group fitness provides a unique, results orientated, group fitness membership. Set inside the large sports hall at Heysham High Sports Complex, you will find no TV’s, mirrors or machines, just every training tool you need to reach your goals.

Most group exercise classes don’t appeal to men, and for good reason! Strongman group fitness is the first group exercise class of its kind designed to help men build muscle and burn fat.

But why is Strongman group fitness really that different from other group exercise classes?

There is coaching and not just counting. This is not a one size fits all exercise class. You will receive a professional level of coaching. This puts all the focus on you, the client, and not the instructor. There is progression and regression for each exercise which makes the class ideal for all fitness levels.

A real focus on results and not just working out. Whilst clients enjoy a fun and motivating atmosphere, there is an understanding that results matter. If you aren’t reaching your specific goals then Strongman group fitness could be the answer.

Nutrition! Strongman members have access to the RFC nutrition coaching system. It’s pretty much impossible to out train a rubbish diet. Change your nutrition and fast track your results.

What to expect from a Strongman group fitness session!

When men want to build muscle and lose body fat there is a number of different approaches that are usually used:

  1. Body building splits (chest, back, shoulders etc.) along with some cardio on the treadmill
  2. Circuit classes using light weights, 100 different exercises and bad technique
  3. Running on the roads trying to burn as many calories as you can
  4. Doing a crazy, unrealistic diet that brings you back to your starting point every time

This type of training is something you won’t have experienced before

You will train like an athlete using full body strength training combined with throws, jumps and non-traditional cardio methods.

Use heavy weights at a fast pace, with short rest, providing a high intensity class that will get RESULTS.

Train in a small group of men that provides a competitive and fun environment that you will never experience when training in the gym by yourself.
