Group fitness classes run Monday to Friday at 6:30-7:30 or 7:00-8:00 and Saturday morning at 10-11am. That’s over 24 available sessions each month for members.
All monthly memberships are paid by standing order at the beginning of each month. When buying per session, members will pay upfront for a minimum of 5 sessions. This limits the time wasted each session collecting payments and gives more time for doing what RFC does best!, delivering a fun, motivating, high intensity session.
Water or a sports drink is vital to stay hydrated during the session.
All members will have email support when needed. Also time after a number of the sessions will be available for any questions.
Yes cardio such as treadmills, cross trainers, and aerobic classes do burn calories. However this form of exercise is boring and becomes less and less effective over time. Proper nutrition and strength training should be the main ingredient in any fat loss programme. This combination will burn more calories, speed up your metabolism and help achieve better results.
Each week members will be given a nutrition coaching lesson. This will consist of a hand out and email support. Over the first 12 weeks on the system RFC will aim to transform your nutrition habits. Further support will follow when consistency is vital to keep improving and getting results. How well you follow these nutrition lessons will largely influence your results. Just the exercises will not get the fast results you want.
