Dynamic flexibility and mobility work. At a time when many people spend most of their day sat behind a desk, then head to the gym to run on a treadmill, do a repetitive cardio class or to perform the wrong exercise, it’s vital that we address hip mobility and flexibility issues. This can not only improve your performance during the sessions, but also help relieve back pain and help you move and feel better!
Metabolic resistance training. People have busy lives. So when you only have 3 hours or less a week to exercise, it’s vital you perform the exercises that are going to get the fastest results in the shortest time. Resistance training should be the main ingredient in any fat loss programme. During a cardio strength session you will train the large muscle groups, at a high intensity using big compound strength exercises. The focus is to elevate your metabolism, gain lean muscle and burn calories. Metabolic resistance training provides this!
Real fat burning cardio. High intensity interval training will be used to burn those calories and elevate your metabolism. This is proven to be far more effective than traditional steady state cardio on the treadmill, cross trainer and aerobic class, which slows your metabolism, burns fewer calories and leads to overuse injuries. Better still, Cardio strength uses a number of different tools such as kettle bells, ropes and bodyweight exercises to provide fun and effective cardio training.
